Hair:
Dry and damaged hair

Eyes:
Blue color to the whites of the eye
Mood:
• Extreme fatigue
• Weakness
• Feeling weak or tired more often than usual, or with exercise
• Problems concentrating or thinking

• Poor bone mineral density

I rarely take iron suplements. To make sure I don't become anemic on my vegiterian diet, I insure that I have copper, vitamin C, and B vitamins in my diet including B12.
